Commonwealth Federation Territories

Dominion / Federated CommandsFull CSD operational authority. Direct Commonwealth Council representation. Includes Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, India.

Associated StatesPartial autonomy with Commonwealth defence coordination. Parliamentary representation through the House of Nations.

ProtectoratesTransitional status. Limited self-governance with Commonwealth oversight. Scheduled for full federation membership 1960–1970.
